“This is our second time using Craftsman Plumbing. From scheduling to completion was exceptional! Brendan has a beyond extraordinary crew, we had had the immense pleasure of having Arthur out this morning and he began running diagnostic tests. He literally checked every sink, shower , toilet, the entire sprinkler system, sewer lines, plumbing under our slab Ect. Probably at least 3 hrs of diagnosing. He was in constant contact with Brendan as he located issues. Once they felt they had found issues. Brendan joined Arthur and Brendan walked my property, listened to audio diagnostics, rewatched camera footage, double checked everything inside and out again. Then they set to work repairing our broken sewer lines, the broken sprinklers, told us why the sewer lines broke, which bushes seemed to have broken it. Andrew (who has been here previously with Brendan) arrived to do final repairs and turned everything back on outside and inside the house. again Brendan walked the job making sure repairs were holding and everything was perfect. They also diagnosed an issue with our guest bathroom sink and will be back out to fix that once I reach out to be put in the schedule… They are without a doubt the only plumbers I will use now…And I one of if not the hardest to give this review. It’s a lost art to have the customer service, work ethos, honesty and pride that this company has… Thank you, Brendan, Arthur and Andrew for another outstanding experience!
